2. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content created by PenangLang, including AI-generated videos, professional photography, and local storytelling scripts, remains the intellectual property of Three Monkeys Online Sdn. Bhd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • AI Integration: We use innovative AI features to generate cinematic visuals and optimize viral reach. Users acknowledge that AI-generated content is part of our specialized creative process.
  • Client Assets: Partners are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, images, or brand information provided to us for campaign use.

3. Community Standards & User Conduct

  • Engagement: We encourage authentic interaction within our community of 500,000+ followers.
  • Prohibited Actions: Users may not scrape data from PenangLang.com, impersonate our brand, or post defamatory content in our community groups (e.g., Ho Chiak! Penang Best’s Food Channel).

4. Reach & Results Disclaimer

  • Expected Exposure: While we provide “Estimated Combined Views” (e.g., 30K to 1M+ views) based on our platform data and AI optimization, actual results may vary based on market trends and audience behavior.
  • Third-Party Platforms: We operate across five major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and our website). We are not liable for changes in third-party platform algorithms or service interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability
